Cookies policy

In agreement with Royal Decree Law 13/2012, of March 30th and Law 34/2002 on Services of the Information and Electronic Commerce, TAOP PARTS, S.L.U. provides to users the information regarding the cookies used and the reason for their use, as well as requesting the users consent to employ them.

There are different types of cookies

According to the entity that manages them:

Own cookies: they are sent to the user's terminal equipment from a computer or domain managed by the editor and from which the service requested by the user is provided.

According to the period that they remain activated in the terminal equipment:

Session cookies: they are a type of cookie designed to collect and store data while the user accesses a website.

Persistent cookies: they are a type of cookie in which the data is still stored in the terminal and can be accessed and processed for a defined period by the person responsible for the cookie, and which can range from a few minutes to several years.

Depending on the purpose for which the data obtained through cookies is processed:

Technical cookies: these allow the user to navigate through a website, platform or application and to use the different options or services from it, such as, for example, to control traffic and data communication, to identify the session, to access parts of restricted access, to remember the elements that make up an order, to carry out the purchase process of an order, to fill a registration or participation in an event form, to use security elements during navigation, to store content for videos or sound diffusion and to share content through social media.

Personalisation cookies: these allow the user to access the service with some predefined general characteristics based on a series of criteria in the user's terminal, such as language, type of browser and regional configuration which the service is accessed from.

Analysis cookies: they allow the person responsible for them to monitor and to analyse the behaviour of users on websites they are connected to. The information collected through this type of cookies is used in the measurement of activity on websites, applications or platforms and for the elaboration of navigation profiles from users of those sites, in order to introduce improvements based on the usage analysis from the service users.

Advertising cookies: they allow the management of advertising spaces included by the editor on a website, application or platform from which the requested service is provided as effectively as possible; based on criteria such as edited content or the frequency at which ads are displayed.

Behavioural advertising cookies: they allow the management, of the advertising spaces that the editor has included in a web page, application or platform from which the requested service is provided as effectively as possible. These cookies store information on user behaviours obtained through continuous observation of their browsing habits, allowing a specific profile to be developed to display advertising based on it.

Cookies are a tool used by web servers to store and retrieve information about their visitors. They are small files deposited on the user's computer to keep a record of their preferences and remember them upon return. This tool does not obtain personal data from users, nor the postal address from which they connect. In the "Privacy" section click on Content settings.

To allow original and third-party cookies, select the option "Allow local data to be established". If you only want to accept original cookies, activate the check box next to "Block site data and third-party cookies".

Select each cookie to get the details, such as when it was installed, what site it comes from and what it contains.
